These terms govern how corporate clients order heavy-duty paints and anti-rust coatings from our Malaysian manufacturing facility. Read them carefully before placing a volume order.
Couleurspourtous manufactures industrial automotive coatings, including epoxy primers, zinc-rich anti-rust systems, and high-solids topcoats. Orders are fulfilled in bulk quantities for automotive assembly lines and B2B partners. We do not supply retail paint, house painting products, or art materials.
Each order is confirmed against a written specification sheet covering pigment type, viscosity, curing profile, and batch tolerance. Technical data sheets are shared before production begins. If your assembly line requires a custom color match or a modified application window, this must be stated at the quotation stage.
The buyer is responsible for verifying that the selected coating matches the substrate, application equipment, and curing conditions at their facility. Surface preparation, spray parameters, and film thickness remain under the buyer's control unless a supervised commissioning service is separately agreed.
Our liability is limited to the value of the delivered coating batch. We are not liable for production downtime, rework costs, or indirect losses arising from improper storage, incorrect application, or deviation from the approved specification sheet. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
Either party may end a supply agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding orders already in production will be completed under the original terms. Access to technical documentation and batch records ends once the agreement is closed.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in manufacturing standards, environmental regulations, or supply chain requirements. The current version is always available on this page. Continued ordering after a revision means acceptance of the updated terms.
