Spec Review and Sample Matching

We start with your coating specification, substrate type, and application equipment. Within five working days you receive a matched sample batch for lab testing on your own panels.

Pilot Run on Your Line

Before full volume, we run a pilot batch through your actual spray booths and curing ovens. This confirms viscosity, flash-off time, and film build under real production conditions.

Volume Scheduling and Buffer Stock

Once the pilot passes, we lock a delivery schedule aligned to your assembly cadence. A buffer stock option covers unexpected line stoppages or rush orders.

Batch Documentation and Traceability

Every drum carries a batch number linked to raw material certificates, mixing parameters, and QC results. You get full traceability for your own quality audits.

On-Site Technical Support

Our coating engineers visit your plant during the first month of full-volume supply. They adjust spray parameters and train your operators on handling and storage.

From First Sample to Full Assembly Line

Our method follows a fixed sequence of validation steps before any coating batch is cleared for your production line. Each stage has a defined output, so you always know what has been verified and what comes next.

Week 1-2: Substrate Audit

We collect bare metal panels from your line and map the exact surface conditions: phosphate layer thickness, oil residue levels, and ambient humidity during application. This baseline determines which primer system will actually bond on your line.

Week 3-4: Lab Batch Matching

Our chemists prepare three candidate formulations and run salt spray tests for 240 hours. You receive the test panels with measured corrosion creep values, not just a recommendation. Only batches that pass the 2 mm creep threshold move forward.

Week 5-6: Pilot Line Trial

We run the selected formulation on your actual spray booth with your robot parameters. The trial covers 50 chassis units and verifies film build uniformity, edge coverage, and flash-off timing at your line speed.

Week 7: Color Sign-Off

Using spectrophotometric readings from the pilot run, we lock the pigment dispersion curve and document acceptable batch-to-batch variation. You receive a physical color standard panel sealed in a light-proof pouch for your QC lab.

Week 8: Documentation Pack

You get the full technical file: technical data sheet, safety data sheet, application parameters, curing schedule, and a quality control checklist. This pack is what your procurement team needs for the formal approval process.

Ongoing: Batch Consistency

Every production batch we ship includes a certificate of analysis with viscosity, density, and color delta-E readings. If a batch drifts beyond the agreed tolerance, we quarantine it before it reaches your dock.
