Primer and surfacer packs

Epoxy and etch primers for bare steel, galvanized panels, and aluminum bodies. Supplied as ready-to-spray batches with matched thinners and a documented pot life for your spray booth cycle. Includes a viscosity chart for robotic arm application.

Topcoat color systems

Solid, metallic, and mica topcoats with a fixed pigment-to-binder ratio. Each batch is spectrophotometer-checked against your master panel before dispatch. We keep a reserve lot for every color code you run, so line changes do not stall.

Anti-rust and underbody protection

Zinc-rich and phosphate-based coatings for chassis rails, wheel arches, and floor pans. Formulated for high-film build in a single pass and compatible with your existing oven temperature profile. Includes salt-spray test data per batch.

Two-component clearcoats

High-solids clearcoats with a controlled mix ratio for robotic or manual spray. Cured for hardness and UV stability, with a documented recoat window. Supplied with a separate hardener line and a mixing checklist for your paint kitchen.

Line support and calibration

On-site viscosity and film-thickness checks during the first production week. We also provide a written application guide for your specific booth temperature and line speed. Recalibration visits can be scheduled through our support page.

Batch consistency program

A standing agreement to keep the same pigment dispersion and solids content across every delivery. Each drum is labeled with a batch number and a downloadable certificate. This reduces color drift and rework on long assembly runs.

From Inquiry to Assembly Line

Every coating order follows the same disciplined path: we qualify the substrate, lock the formulation, prove it on your panels, then scale to full production volumes. No shortcuts between the lab and the spray booth.

1. Substrate Audit

We start by reviewing the metal grade, surface prep, and line conditions at your plant. A technician collects panel samples and notes the exact pretreatment chemistry already in use, so the coating matches what your line can actually apply.

2. Formulation Lock

Our lab adjusts resin, pigment, and anti-corrosion additives to your specified dry-film thickness and cure window. You receive a sealed reference batch with the full technical datasheet, including viscosity and pot life limits.

3. Panel Validation

We run salt spray, humidity, and adhesion tests on coated panels under conditions that mirror your assembly environment. The results are shared as a written report, and any revision to the mix is documented before approval.

4. Pilot Run

A small batch goes through your actual spray line, from mixing station to curing oven. We monitor film build, color consistency, and edge coverage in real time, then adjust the application parameters with your line operators.

5. Volume Supply

Once the pilot passes, we schedule bulk production in our Selangor facility. Each drum is batch-coded and shipped with a certificate of analysis, so your receiving team can verify quality without slowing the line.

6. Line Support

After delivery, our application engineers stay available for on-site troubleshooting, viscosity checks, and periodic audits. If your line changes speed or pretreatment, we revalidate the coating before it becomes a problem.
