This section clarifies how we describe coating performance, batch testing, and delivery terms so that every specification in our references is read the same way by procurement teams and plant engineers.

Batch TraceabilityEvery reference listed corresponds to a production batch with a recorded formulation sheet, application parameters, and curing profile. Batch numbers are available on request for audit purposes.
Test ConditionsCorrosion and adhesion figures refer to panels prepared and tested under ISO 9227 neutral salt spray and ISO 2409 cross-cut methods, unless a client-specific protocol is stated in the reference.
Color MatchingColor consistency claims are based on spectrophotometric readings with a delta E tolerance of 0.8 or lower against the approved master panel, measured under D65 illumination.
Application EnvironmentPerformance data assumes spray application in a controlled booth with temperature between 20 and 28 degrees Celsius and relative humidity below 70 percent, as per our standard process sheet.
Volume CommitmentsReferences reflect coatings supplied for assembly lines with a minimum monthly draw of 2,000 liters per product code. Smaller trial quantities are handled under a separate sampling agreement.
Third-Party VerificationWhere a reference mentions independent lab results, the testing body and report number are named in the full case file. We do not publish unverified performance claims.
